Co-founder Tadd Adams, started in military research designing wireless and wire line networks primarily for battle field video applications. From there he went to a startup company working on video applications over the then emerging DSL technologies. After that startup company was purchased he worked with emerging network technologies at Bell Labs.

Co-founder Tom Cobb, started with Concurrent Computer Corporation maintaining mainframes and supporting network infrastructures. He later transitioned to AT&T working with a highly skilled team of engineers maintaining their common backbone intranet. After many years of travel Tom transitioned to Bell Labs 'Next Generation Networks' Lab to develop and test network infrastructures to facilitate converged video, voice and data transport.

Tom and Tadd, decided to start Cross Over Networks bringing their video and network experience to the emerging network based surveillance industry. With the video information our networks have assisted in multiple arrests, along with capturing various perpetrators.
